Autumn Rosé Spritz
Ingredients (for one cocktail):
- 3 oz chilled Pangloss Rosé
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 1 oz club soda
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 7 fresh whole cranberries
- 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Pangloss Rosé, cranberry juice, and simple syrup with a few ice cubes.
- Shake gently for about 10 seconds to chill the mixture without diluting it too much.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne coupe.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with 7 fresh whole cranberries and a small sprig of rosemary.
