Autumn Rosé Spritz


Ingredients (for one cocktail):

  • 3 oz chilled Pangloss Rosé
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 7 fresh whole cranberries
  • 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Pangloss Rosé, cranberry juice, and simple syrup with a few ice cubes.
  2. Shake gently for about 10 seconds to chill the mixture without diluting it too much.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne coupe.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with 7 fresh whole cranberries and a small sprig of rosemary.
