Please contact Pangloss Cellars at wine@panglosscellars.com for a list of states we currently ship to.

All orders must be signed for by a person 21 years of age or older upon receipt. Please select your shipping address accordingly. Pangloss Cellars recommends shipping to a business address to ensure successful delivery. Shipping fees incurred to reship orders returned to Pangloss Cellars due to failed signature and delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

Couriers and methods vary from state to state, to optimize quality control and expediency. Once the carrier picks up your package(s) from our fulfillment house, tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be emailed directly to you. Please be sure that an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipment when it arrives on the scheduled delivery day. In the event of extreme weather conditions, Pangloss Cellars will hold the shipment. Pangloss Cellars will notify you if there is a delay in shipping.

ORDERING ONLINE

When placing an order through our online store we ask for your name, mailing address, e-mail address, daytime phone number, date of birth (YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PURCHASE OR RECEIVE WINE), credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process the order and ensure the legality of the shipment.

SHIPMENT CORRECTION FEES

Our top priority is to make your wine delivery prompt and effortless. We understand that sometimes you need to make a change to your order after it is already in process. Please note that shipment corrections are subject to the following fees:

Hold at UPS/FedEx Customer Center (Will Call): Free
Redirect packages in transit (same shipping state only): $21/package
Recall wine and reship (ground service): $50/package
Cancel order and return wines that are in transit: $40/package
Change ship date or address details after order has been packed: $21/package
Delay shipping date by up to 7 days after an order has shipped: $21/package
Return and restock wine that has already delivered: $125

This information is used by Pangloss Cellars for the operation of our website, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of our website.

Pangloss Cellars will occasionally update this Privacy Policy. The effective date of this Privacy Policy is July 1, 2015. The effective date will be posted in this section of this agreement if any changes are made to the agreement.

When signing up for our Mailing list we ask for your name, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number. This allows us to communicate with you regarding events at the winery or special offers. If at any time you wish to be removed from our lists (opt out) please e-mail wine@panglosscellars.com.

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is on a case-by-case basis. All sales are final. We will replace the bottle with our current available vintage, subject to availability, or issue a refund.
