RELEASE COMMUNICATION
With each release you will receive an email introducing our newest wines with a link to conveniently view and manage your selection online. Throughout the release period you will receive several reminders via email and text to choose your wines by the release deadline. Don't forget to add us to your contacts to ensure you never miss an email!
CUSTOMIZING
A key Pangloss Cellars membership benefit is the ability to choose the wines in your release with any available Pangloss wine. Customizing makes Pangloss Membership unique for every member and ensures you get exactly the wines you want.
You will have a few weeks to customize your releases. We also invite you to visit the Tasting Lounge during the release period to taste and find your favorites!
RECEIVING YOUR WINES
Customized releases are shipped to you as soon as you finalize your selection (weather permitting). If you choose not to cstomize, we will let you know the planned ship date for your release.
UPS is our preferred shipping partner. Gain more control over your release shipments by signing up for UPS MyChoice shipment management.

PICKUP AT THE TASTING LOUNGE
Do you live locally and prefer to pickup your order? We'd love to see you at the Tasting Lounge! We are happy to hold your Member Release at the Tasting Lounge for you to pickup at your convenience.
We request 48 hour notice before arriving to collect your order to ensure your wines are onsite. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be shipped to your address on file and may be assessed a shipping charge.
