2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma Valley
Wine Notes Print tech sheet
When we tasted this wine together as a team, everyone agreed – our Cabernet Sauvignon is comparable to wines that are two or three times the price. In a vintage suited to this robust variety, ours stands out. A long, warm growing season in 2016 provided ideal conditions for rich, fruit-forward flavors – precisely the friendly style we pursue with this wine. Smooth, round tannins make this an easily approachable Cabernet Sauvignon, and it’s one of our favorite go-to bottles for everyday enjoyment.
Suggestions
- Gouda, Aged Gruyère
- Soppressata, Duck Liver Mousse, fennel sausage

What Our Team Is Saying:
"Dust off the pizza oven this season and grab the Sonoma Valley Cab! This full-bodied, fruit forward Cabernet has silky tannins and has been my go-to for pizza night. It pairs great with a cheesy, meat lovers pizza and is sure to be a crowd pleaser."
