2016 Pinot Noir 3L True North

Wine Notes Print tech sheet

The term “true north” refers to geography and direction. It’s a perfect way to describe our latest offering from the remote reaches of Anderson Valley. Some of the most compelling New World Pinot Noir is grown in this outpost near the Pacific Ocean. Our inaugural release comes from the northwestern corner of Anderson Valley, a coveted region known to Pinot Noir lovers as the “Deep End.” Its proximity to the coast funnels cool air into the vineyards, creating ideal conditions for elegant, nuanced wines. This one adds a bold dimension to our growing lineup of Pinot Noirs from Anderson Valley, illustrating the incredible spectrum of flavors it produces.
