2020 Sparkling Chenin Blanc

Wine Notes Print tech sheet

*SOLD OUT*

Crafted in the classic Méthode Traditionnelle style, this bright, crisp brut evokes the dry character of our favorites from France’s Loire Valley, where sparkling Chenin Blanc has been a beloved staple for generations. Our Chenin Blanc is grown at Two Creeks Farm, a vineyard in nearby Kenwood that’s part of the Pangloss family. This location is perfect for creating distinctive sparkling wine – protected from the afternoon sun by a neighboring hillside, the fruit continues to ripen into September while retaining the acidity that’s the hallmark of brisk bubbly. Extended hang time is the key to truly expressing the terroir of a vineyard, and at Two Creeks Farm, the natural minerality and finesse of our Sparkling Chenin Blanc are showcased beautifully.

What Our Team Is Saying:

"One of my absolute favorites, this dry, citrus-driven sparkling pairs beautifully with Oysters, Caviar, or just a plain ole’ bag of Potato Chips. For some added excitement, hunt down a bag of truffle chips to really watch these flavors come alive."
