2023 Pinot Noir Anderson Valley
Wine Notes Print tech sheet
Picturesque Anderson Valley has become one of California's top regions for Pinot Noir. Until recently, spring frosts and fall rains made people doubt this rugged valley could produce exceptional wine. But persistence paid off, and now Anderson Valley is home to some of the state's best Pinot Noir vineyards. The 2023 vintage is beautifully balanced, with ripe fruit, earthy notes, and bright acidity working in harmony. This bottling shows the structure and elegance that have made it a favorite at Pangloss. It has just the right touch of earthiness that nods to Burgundy, but it's unmistakably California wine – vibrant, aromatic, and full of gorgeous fruit.

What our team is saying:
"Silky, rich with deep flavors of dark cherry, warm vanilla, with a finish of floral notes. It's such a beautiful companion to enjoy with friends, over a spatchcocked rosemary chicken with a side of whipped mashed potatoes; A fall favorite!"
