Brut Rosé North Coast

Wine Notes Print tech sheet

Celebrating Sonoma is at the heart of everything we do at Pangloss. So it’s only natural that we would release a special bottling that embodies the very essence of celebration: Brut Rosé. Inspired by the success of our Sparkling Chenin Blanc, we decided to create a fruit-driven Pinot Noir-based counterpart. Crafted in the classic Méthode Traditionnelle style of French Champagne, our inaugural Brut Rosé is a crisp, refreshing summer sipper that’s already a Pangloss team favorite. Don’t be surprised to see us relaxing on the Sonoma Plaza savoring our new bubbles!

Suggestions

  • Brie, Camembert, Parmesan
  • Sushi, ceviche
  • Fried chicken, barbecue pork ribs, grilled burger
  • French fries, truffled potato chips, popcorn

What our team is saying:

"If a bottle of Brut Rosé with a sashimi platter is wrong, then I don't want to be right."

-Jessica, Director of Sales & Marketing

Accolades

"... the ideal bottle to pop for a summer celebration, and its pinot noir base gives it a dry yet fruit-driven flavor profile. Made in the vein of French champagne, the texture of this sparkling wine is crisp and vibrant but the bubbles refrain from overwhelming the palate, allowing the succulent hints of red fruits to shine through." - Allie Lebos, OBSERVER
